We ship for free, via FedEx or UPS ground, anywhere that FedEx or UPS has service within the continental United States on orders over $299. The shipping cost for orders under $300 will automatically be calculated and added to the total. You may return a stock mosaic for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A ten percent (10%) re-stocking fee will be assessed on returns if the inter-packaging has not been opened. If the inter-package has been opened there will be a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. Re-stocking fees do not apply for replacements. Any mosaic removed from its cardboard backing or cut off its screen will not be accepted for refund. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. If you paid by any other form, a check will be issued. Custom made mosaics are non-refundable.
